EXELISIS, the dissemination manager of the CoBRAIN project, is pleased to announce the successful organisation and implementation of our most recent 2-day General meeting and IPR seminar that took place in the vibrant city of Athens, Greece.
The meeting brought together CoBRAIN partners from 12 entities and 7 European Countries, with most attending in person and some joining remotely (30 participants). The coordinator of CoBRAIN, Prof. Giovanni Bolelli, introduced the project, setting the stage for two days of insightful discussions and collaborative efforts. The event was hosted by EXELISIS, where Dr. Peny Eleni and Dr. Apostolos Parlamas played pivotal roles in orchestrating the engaging sessions.
On the first day, Dr. Peny Eleni presented the progress in Work Package 7: Use of Results, provided detailed analysis on the implemented Dissemination, Communication & Exploitation activities, and the planned actions for the next semester of the project. Additionally, Dr. Apostolos Parlamas delivered a comprehensive Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) seminar, presenting all available IP protection types relative to the KERs of COBRAIN partners. The seminar aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of IPR in the context of Horizon Europe projects, fostering a knowledge-sharing environment.
The collaborative spirit extended beyond the meeting itself, with a social dinner held at the end of the first day, providing a relaxed setting for participants to network and exchange ideas. This social aspect further enriched the overall experience and strengthened the bonds among CoBRAIN project contributors.
We are pleased to report that the CoBRAIN project’s progress and goals were well received, and the active participation of both local and remote attendees contributed to a dynamic and engaging atmosphere throughout the event. The success of the 2-day meeting reflects EXELISIS’ dedication to advancing the objectives of Horizon Europe and CoBRAIN, emphasizing our commitment to innovation and collaboration.
We extend our gratitude to all participants for their valuable contributions to the CoBRAIN project. Stay tuned for more updates on our journey towards achieving excellence.
Thank you for being a part of our success!
