Exelisis’ team has obtained most of its project management experience within international R&I projects. We have either coordinated or participated in research projects of various sizes (number of partners in the consortium) and types (e.g. different EU funding schemes). Such project management tasks can be either administrative, organizational, associated with the project’s reporting activities or contributional with regards to the project’s implementation (deliverables, milestones, risk assessment etc).
We take responsibility for producing a detailed budget and for monitoring the current and future cost requirements of your projects. Additionally, Exelisis offers advisory services to consortia as well as individual EU/national funding applicants based on our extensive experience and deep understanding of the philosophy of such projects. Our ability to anticipate and avoid or overcome non-intuitive issues resulting from the project’s obligations can ensure the project’s success.
Exelisis can also assume the role of the events’ organizer within a project, taking care of all stages of organization including the logistics. Ranging from project meetings and specific workshops, all the way to conferences (either scientific or for dissemination to stakeholders) we can organize any event that is necessary for a project’s dissemination/communication activities.
Our team has a strong background in working on project exploitation, dissemination and communication. As these three pillars are becoming more and more important within the framework or research projects, Exelisis is providing high quality Plans for the Exploitation and Dissemination of Results (PEDR) and is taking responsibility for leading/designing exploitation and dissemination activities for research and innovation projects.
