We are excited to share that on Friday, June 6th, EXELISIS hosted a highly informative webinar as part of the nexus monARC project. The webinar, led by our experienced consultants Mr. Nikos Tsiantis and Dr. Apostolos Parlamas, to provide introductive training to the consortium on effective proposal writing techniques for Horizon Europe.
This session was designed to provide valuable insights into the proposal development process, focusing on key strategies to enhance the quality and competitiveness of submissions. Our goal was to empower consortium members with the skills needed to draft compelling proposals that stand out and secure funding. Special attention was given not only to the proposal writing phase but also to the concept development and evaluation phase, which are some of the most critical and impactful innovation management steps.
The webinar was well attended and featured active participation from a high number of academics. We covered essential topics such as understanding the European Commission’s requirements, structuring proposals, and highlighting unique project strengths. The interactive format allowed for an engaging exchange of ideas and best practices. At the end of the presentation, targeted questions from the participants were answered, which fostered a collaborative learning environment.
